What led me to this career? I chose a career in law because I come from a culture where disputes are resolved in so many ways before litigation is even thought about, and I found that I wanted to develop in a space where decisions are reached through consensus and not only by one party winning against another. But more than that, I have a family that believed I was capable of anything, and having seen my other relatives enter the legal field and fly in every direction imaginable, I realised that I also have what it takes to go into law and join a filigree of educated and hard-working relatives.
